This role specializes in resolving complex and incomplete applications, collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure efficient and accurate account setup for new and existing clients.

Highly customer- and Advisor-focused, the New Account Specialist is committed to delivering a seamless onboarding experience. By collaborating with Advisors, customers, and internal stakeholders, the role ensures timely account opening, resolves outstanding documentation requirements, managing complex applications, and applying sound risk-based decision-making to support quality and compliance.
