Position Overview

Fully bilingual Operations Officer III with a strong background in the financial sector, hired for a 12‑month contract (potential extension) in Mississauga, Ontario. Hybrid: 4 days onsite, Fridays remote. Rotational shifts include 8:00‑4:00, 8:30‑4:30, 9:00‑5:00, and 10:00‑6:00. Pay rate: $31.74 per hour. Comprehensive 3‑week training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to verify customer information and conduct KYC checks.
• Perform high‑volume data entry, document review, and accurate record maintenance.
• Provide clients with information on wire transfer transactions (no manual processing required).
• Execute transactions accurately and on time, meeting established SLAs and productivity targets.
