YOUR R.E.S., operating in Dallas–Fort Worth, is hiring a Bilingual Real Estate Operations Coordinator. This is a remote coordinator role supporting an active real estate investment company that buys, renovates, and resells single-family homes throughout the DFW metroplex.

The Coordinator works directly with the owner to support three primary functions: coordinating Spanish-speaking contractors and vendors on active renovation projects, sourcing and onboarding new subcontractors, and managing communication with Spanish-speaking sellers in our acquisition pipeline.

The Coordinator also supports the owner with executive administrative tasks and maintains the CRM.

This position is suited to an experienced bilingual remote operations professional with prior virtual assistant or coordinator experience supporting a US-based real estate investor, property manager, or small construction company. Prior experience with platforms such as Follow Up Boss, ...
