Position Objective

Identify, evaluate, and develop new retail store opportunities, ensuring strategic locations that maximize foot traffic, profitability, and brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential store locations (shopping malls, high street, commercial zones)
• Conduct foot traffic analysis, competitor benchmarking, and catchment area studies
• Build and maintain a location database
• Liaise with shopping malls, landlords, and real estate agents
• Support lease negotiations (rental terms, contracts, visibility conditions)
• Prepare store-level P&L; estimations
• Analyze ROI, payback period, and sales potential
• Coordinate with internal teams (HQ, design, construction, retail)
• Ensure store opening timelines and execution
• Analyze competitor
• Provide strategic recommendations for expansion
