Insight Global is looking for a Bilingual Service Representative to support one of Canada's largest Banks for an on-site 6-month contract. This role focuses on day‑to‑day deposit and payment operations, ensuring accurate transaction processing, regulatory compliance, and service excellence in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of banking or financial operations experience
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multi‑tasking skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of payments, deposits, and operational risk
