We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Event & Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will support campus initiatives, coordinate events, and help drive recruitment efforts across our organization, with a particular focus on supporting the Quebec recruiting teams.

You will be responsible for planning and executing conferences, campus events, and recruitment initiatives, managing end‑to‑end logistics including venue coordination, catering, shipping, event materials, and onsite execution. Working closely with external event partners and internal stakeholders, you will help deliver seamless, high‑impact experiences that strengthen our campus presence and support talent acquisition efforts.
