The Billing Manager – Europe is a hands-on leadership role responsible for the end-to-end Billing function within a Global Business Services (GBS) centre in Porto. Operating across European markets within the staffing and workforce solutions industry, the role ensures that invoicing is accurate, timely, and compliant with both client contractual requirements and local statutory obligations.

The Billing Manager will drive the technical and operational development of the billing team, enhancing process quality, system utilisation, and service delivery standards. Reporting to the O2C Director, the role works closely with Commercial, Finance, IT, and Legal teams to resolve complex billing scenarios, eliminate root causes of errors, and deliver measurable improvements in billing cycle times and first-time-right performance.
