Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, create and edit BIM models.
  • Prepare proposal, shop and as-built drawing.
  • Conduct clash detection and conflict solution.
  • Perform site survey and inspection to ensure precision of drawing.
  • Liaise with contractors to update on any changes and new requirements.
  • Propose model design drawings for contractors and vendor.
  • Prepare and print out as-built drawings for OMM with accuracy.
  • Follow-up as-built drawing based on feedback from clients and consultants.

    • Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma with at least 3 years of experience in BIM modelling using AutoCad, preferably in data centre or critical environment.
  • MEP BIM Experienced in modelling and drafting M&E and Fire Protection ServicesAble to understand other trades that involve electrical and draw electrical drawings in layout and single line diagram.
