Board Expectations

• Support the CEO and Senior Leadership team in propelling the organization’s Strategic Plan forward.
• Be highly engaged and committed to strategic goals and objectives.
• Provide high‑level oversight to ensure planning and service delivery remains responsive, agile, and progressive.
• Demonstrate integrity, inclusiveness, partnership, and evidence‑based innovation.
• Provide consultation through effective and progressive problem solving.
• Act as a strategic thinker.
• Coach and mentor board members and stakeholders.
• Exhibit visionary leadership.
• Reflect CDRCP’s values.

Terms & Commitments

• Minimum three‑year term (September 2026 to September 2029).
