About the Role

As the Bodyshop Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting bodyshop to deliver high standards of workmanship, customer service, and operational efficiency. You’ll oversee day-to-day workshop activities, ensuring technicians, apprentices, and trade assistants are well-supported, productive, and working safely.

Your leadership will help minimise vehicle downtime, maintain Ventura’s strong reputation, and ensure our customers remain at the heart of everything we do.
