At Findex, we are looking for a Bookkeeper to join our team in Burnie in a permanent, full-time role! Weekly travel to our Smithton office will also be required (travel costs fully reimbursable). 

What will your typical week look like?

• Assist in the preparation of business activity statements
• Date entry into accounting software, reconciling client accounts, processing wages
• Assisting clients with ad hoc bookkeeping queries
• Ensure jobs are completed effectively by meeting technical standards and deadlines, within budget
• Assist with administration tasks including filing, maintaining client records and data entry
• Support process improvement, efficiency and consistency by utilising standardised workflows to support automation, adhering to Group guidelines
