The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle bookkeeping for a portfolio of clients
• Reconcile bank, credit card, tax accounts, and other balance sheet accounts
• Prepare and file HST/GST returns and payroll remittances
• Process payroll and maintain accurate payroll records
• Support new client onboarding, including setting up charts of accounts, training on bookkeeping processes, and providing ongoing support and quarterly check-ins
• Clean up and organize historical or incomplete bookkeeping records to support year-end preparation
