Alt Gen is looking for a capable, detail-driven finance professional to join our internal accounts team in Stellenbosch.

This role has been created to add depth, capacity and structure to our internal finance function as the business continues to grow. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of day-to-day bookkeeping and operational finance across multiple Alt Gen businesses, including recruitment, workforce management and employer-of-record services.

This is a hands‑on finance role, but it is not basic admin. The right person will be comfortable working across reconciliations, suppliers, payments, payroll support, cost tracking and month‑end processes, while helping us improve the way our finance systems and workflows operate.
