Responsibilities

• Enforce SG safety rules and the use of personal protective equipment.
• Coach staff on emergency procedures and conduct annual evacuation drills.
• Ensure employee safety certification and company safety certificates are up to date.
• Review the Open Order Report regularly.
• Ensure inventory counts are accurate and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage warehouse organization and perform real‑time inventory adjustments.
• Complete inspections and adjust the Inventory Matrix with sales.
• Oversee the monthly DAM/Sample Inventory Process.
• Plan routes for Kaycan fleet vehicles using GPS.
