What is the opportunity?

The RBC Dominion Securities Management team located in Brantford, is looking for a CIRO Licensed Branch Operations Associate to join their team! You will provide superior client service along with administrative, operational, and wealth management support to clients and employees. This role is highly administrative and requires the ability to prioritize tasks, have organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. This role ensures the branch is following procedures as outlined in the Internal Controls policies as well as regulatory requirements.

What will you do?

• Help manage incoming communications from clients, Advisors and other internal and external partners via phone, email or fax.
