Job Description

THE ROLE

As the Senior Manager/Manager, Brand, you will lead the team to:

  • Define and establish Aritzia’s Customer, Community and Corporate brands
  • Evaluate our brand touchpoints and translate insights into strategies
  • Make our brand memorable and recognizable
  • Drive opportunities to expand our brand
  • Measure and evaluate our enduring brand equity
  • Safeguard our brand
  • Ensure a consistent and elevated application of our brand across people, product, places, and communication

    • This role is focused on long-term brand strategy, stewardship and cross-functional leadership rather than day-to-day brand marketing or campaign execution.

    THE QUALIFICATIONS

    The Senior Manager/Manager, Brand, has:
