Job Summary Collaborate with teams in the Seniority Territory Lead, guide, and direct other employees Interpret drawings Layout work ahead of the team Prepare cost estimates and make sketches Perform administrative work such as preparing daily work reports The role is performed in an outdoor environment in various types of weather conditions and is a safety-sensitive environment with heavy moving equipment and noisy surroundings The role must be capable of working in various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
The Assistant, Bridges and Structures (B&S)Foreperson works for Bridges and Structures Group. In the absence of the B&S
Foreperson, the incumbent is required to perform the Foreman’s duties,
including leading employees, tracking protection, overseeing equipment and
tools, and ordering material for various types of work.
