Our Vision is Healthy People, Vibrant Communities, Care for All. The WRHA Adult Mental Health Program provides a comprehensive range of mental‑health services for adult residents of Winnipeg. The Brief Treatment Counselor will provide brief solution‑focused therapy and short‑term support to individuals accessing the Crisis Response System. Working within an integrated team, the counselor delivers expert mental‑health clinical counseling interventions, including assessment and brief solution‑focused therapeutic interventions. The counselor is required to function as an autonomous mental‑health expert and to liaise with other sectors of the health‑care system as needed.

Experience
