This role is responsible for repair and upkeep services in one of our multi-residential apartment buildings located in Montreal. With as many as 4-10 service requests per day, building attendants must be prepared to respond to any of a variety of maintenance needs, often with very little advance notice and a selective degree of urgency expressed by the resident. The role is also responsible for the daily cleaning and upkeep of common areas in and around the building.
