Senior Building Operator – Overview

Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, you are an accomplished Senior Building Operator who supports the Property Management Team in providing best in class real estate management and operational excellence of the assigned assets as required.

What You’ll Do

• Respond quickly and efficiently to all tenant and Property Management/owner requests.
• Troubleshoot all minor HVAC problems that arise, coordinate scheduled preventative maintenance inspections of all HVAC related equipment, and arrange for repairs when necessary.
• Replace RTU filters if necessary.
• Monitor and ensure efficient operation of all building systems and equipment, including but not limited to HVAC, security, life safety, plumbing, and electrical.
• Troubleshoot and repair (when possible), all minor plumbing or electrical problems that arise, and arrange for repairs when necessary.
