Our client is seeking a Building Operator to join their Operations team at a premier AAA office building. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of all building systems and meeting the company's standards of management and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the proper operation of all building systems and equipment

Monitor tenant construction and capital projects to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations

Liaise with consultants and supervise outside contractors to ensure compliance with building rules and regulations
