A respected consulting engineering organization with a strong presence across Southwestern Ontario is seeking an experienced Energy Modeling Lead to join its Buildings Engineering team. This position can be based out of the London office, with flexibility for candidates located in the Kitchener-Waterloo region.

Position Overview

This role is ideal for a senior building performance professional who enjoys balancing technical excellence with team leadership. The successful candidate will oversee a specialized energy modeling group responsible for building performance analysis, energy compliance studies, and sustainability-focused consulting services across a range of institutional, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
