We are looking for a self-driven project manager to support our Building Solutions team.
The Building Solutions team is responsible for the construction of all the major buildings within the company, from new build to building extensions.
**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Managing the project team, including but not limited to designers, architects, HSE, site project managers.
- Proactively manage and be responsible for the project execution in accordance with timeline, costs, risks, safety and quality.
- Supporting the pre-construction activities of the project: scope definition, project setup and strategy, design, permitting, tendering and construction start.
- Managing the construction activities of the project: General Contractor contract and claim management, HSE, handover to operations.
- Hire and manage the activities of several subcontractors: designer, project management company, general contractor or built-to-suit developer.
