About the role:
The Business Analysis – Practice Manager (VPS6) is a strategic EPMO leadership role responsible for establishing an enterprise-wide business analysis practice that strengthens how initiatives are defined, assured and delivered across Victoria Police, ensuring decisions are evidence-based and deliver measurable outcomes. The role leads frameworks, assurance and benefits realisation, and works closely with other EPMO practice managers, senior leaders and delivery teams to drive integrated planning and value.
Key initiatives include embedding consistent standards, uplifting capability through training and communities of practice, and using data to identify and improve systemic performance.
