Reporting to the Corporate Manager, Financial Business Applications, the primary focus of the role of Business Analyst, HCM Systems is to ensure that all Time and Labour, Payroll, Human Resources, Benefits, eForms and related applications meet the business needs of the Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA), and to provide support for PHSA PeopleSoft applications. Responsibilities include coordinating the establishment and maintenance of software environments specific to PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM). This position is responsible for systems servicing the PHSA corporate office and all agencies, including educating executive staff in the use of analytical tools.
