Business Analyst II

Overview: The Billing Operations team is looking for a Senior Analyst to drive our billing assurance strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses a controls mindset. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for the end-to-end manual billing process at Mastercard working directly with product and finance business partners across the company. They will perform process analysis & design, project implementation and transition activities along with core operational billing.
