Business Analyst – COO Strategic Execution Team

The team

The COO Strategic Execution Team is dedicated to delivering change projects across the COO organisation. Most projects involve material transformation of the operating model across multiple locations, whether implementing new technology, improving processes or changing the organisation design.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

• Support the confirmation / build out of the Operating Model following a Top Down Approach
  
  • Level 1 : High level view of the processes and gap analysis
    
  • Level 2 : Create a summary diagram for each process highlighting which teams are involved, and which manual activities are performed...
