Job Description

Statement of Work

Services:

  • Provide analysis expertise in developing and deploying Business systems enhancements as requested by the user community
  • Participate in production support activities as a member of a 2nd level support team
  • Support team with business processes and environment to help define the requirements as expected from the business users
  • Assist team in the coordination between the business users and scrum team members so that the vendor and our internal teams of production support activities for our financial applications
  • Support Quality Assurance efforts including unit test and production deployment
  • Help team in applying best practices of Agile methodology within the development team as required
  • Assist team to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external counterparts
