Role Responsibilities

• Evaluate and compare responses from multiple AI chatbots across real-world small business scenarios
• Create realistic business-related prompts based on predefined user goals and operational challenges
• Interact with AI chatbots through multi-turn conversations (up to 5 turns per conversation)
• Assess AI-generated responses for clarity, usefulness, accuracy, relevance, and business applicability
