Job Description
Insight Global is hiring for a Senior IT Business Analyst to support large-scale Agile transformation initiatives within a high-visibility, customer-facing application environment. This role supports multiple domain-based Agile pods across areas such as lending, credit cards, deposits, money movement, and servicing flows. This is a hands-on role for a seasoned BA who can hit the ground running. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly independent, and comfortable operating without a ramp-up period. You will partner closely with Product Owners and technology stakeholders to break down complex problems, translate requirements into technical solutions, and drive delivery from day one.
