ROLE OVERVIEW

The Business Applications Analyst is a full-time individual contributor role within the Business Application Delivery group on PFM’s Information Technology (IT) team. This position offers broad exposure across PFM’s Financial Advisory and Consulting businesses through design, support, configuration, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications, including Microsoft Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online/Microsoft 365, Power Apps, ClickDimensions, and related technologies. This role is responsible for strengthening the effectiveness of the business processes, systems, and tools that support day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. A key focus of the position is identifying opportunities to automate and improve processes, user experiences, data models, workflows, and reporting to increase efficiency, productivity, and overall user satisfaction.
