OVERVIEW We are seeking an experienced Business Consultant with a strong background in Capital Markets, particularly within Securitization and Fixed Income, to support the delivery of critical regulatory and payment-related initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional partners — including Front Office, Finance, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams — to define requirements, optimize processes, and ensure alignment with business and regulatory objectives.

This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is comfortable working with complex data, systems, and capital markets products.

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – minimum 2 days in office, Thursday collaboration day)

Contract Length: 6 Months (Extension Possible)

Hours: 9 AM–5 PM EST

Pay: T4: $77 / IC: $88
