Job Description

A typical day would involve:


  • Supporting updates to Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) and Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) by coordinating inputs with business lines and ensuring complete, accurate documentation in the BCM platform

  • Participating in all BCM and resilience activities, including planning, coordination, and execution of tabletop exercises, such as FIFA scenarios and critical infrastructure events (e.g., transformer replacement scenarios)

  • Tracking BCM testing activities, document outcomes, and capture lessons learned to support continuous improvement

  • Maintaining dashboards and reporting trackers for BCM metrics, testing status, and governance reporting

  • Assisting with branch Emergency Preparedness compliance tracking, including fire drills, emergency wardens, and emergency kits
