You’ll own and nurture a diverse portfolio of recruitment partners, serving as their strategic advocate and trusted advisor. From onboarding to expansion, you’ll lead relationship management, ensure enrollment delivery, and boost RP engagement and wallet share through highly personalized support, targeted training, and data-driven performance conversations.
