**Position Summary**

The role is responsible for driving RMCC Europe’s growth through proactive business development, targeted sales activity, and strong stakeholder engagement. It focuses on identifying, pursuing, and converting new hotel opportunities, while building and maintaining effective relationships with key commercial, operational, and ownership stakeholders. In addition, the role is accountable for increasing RMCC Europe participation and strengthening retention across the existing hotel portfolio.
