Innovasea is seeking a Business Development Manager to join its HydroAI team. This role offers a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is motivated to drive new business. You will own the full sales pipeline from prospecting through to close, while building relationships with hydropower utilities and conservation organizations across North America. You will collaborate daily with engineering and leadership to influence product strategy, represent Innovasea at industry events, and develop meaningful customer relationships, taking full ownership of advancing business development initiatives.
