Overview

The Customer Segments, Personal Banking team is responsible for defining, developing, and executing cross‑functional customer‑centric strategies that drive personal banking customer acquisition and other core operational functions. The Business Development Manager is a key player on the New to Canada segments team, supporting the development and execution of partnerships and events across BC focused on key ethnicities (e.g., South Asian) to accelerate customer growth and acquisitions.
