Job Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition and Pipeline Development: Identify, approach, and develop target enterprise clients in Mexico, especially banks, fintech/lending companies, insurance providers, e-commerce platforms, retailers, contact centers, and BPO/customer service organizations.
• Build a healthy sales pipeline and continuously convert leads into qualified opportunities.
• End-to-End Sales Ownership: Own the full B2B sales cycle, including market research, lead sourcing, client discovery, pain‑point diagnosis, solution proposal, product presentation, pricing discussion, contract negotiation, deal closing, delivery coordination, invoicing, and payment follow‑up.
• Solution-Based Selling: Understand client scenarios such as outbound sales, lead qualification, payment reminder, collection follow‑up, customer care, retention, and marketing campaigns.
