About the Role

The Based Development Manager is responsible for driving new business growth through both direct revenue contribution and team leadership, with a specific focus on pipeline development, outbound performance, and operational efficiency. This role leads the Market Development team in executing a structured sales model that balances inbound conversion with outbound pipeline generation. The manager is accountable for improving pipeline mix, increasing contribution from controllable revenue generation tactics (i.e. outbound), and ensuring consistent execution against defined activity and performance expectations.
