Securiguard Services Ltd. is seeking a highly strategic, relationship-driven, and results-oriented Manager, Business Development to lead growth initiatives across Calgary and the surrounding region.

This role is critical to expanding our presence in key sectors including commercial real estate, healthcare, industrial, government, and critical infrastructure . The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of the security industry, public procurement processes, and long-cycle sales environments , along with the ability to build lasting partnerships and drive sustainable revenue growth.

This is not a transactional sales role-we are looking for a professional who can think strategically, assess opportunities, and represent Securiguard as a premium security solutions provider aligned with our REACH values.
