Objective of this role

The primary purpose of the Business Development Partner is to recruit, onboard, develop and coach advisors during their first four years. You will help these advisors establish their business and witness their growth, supporting them in building a holistic financial services practice that includes life and health insurance and wealth products. You will report to the District Manager and collaborate with the district and regional team.

What will you do?

• Source candidates for the Sun Life advisor role through community contacts and other sources of referrals and centres of influence.
