What Youβll Be Doing
Develop and execute an outbound outreach strategy targeting companies interested in hiring remote workers in Latin America.
Research and identify qualified prospects through LinkedIn, job boards, industry directories, and other channels.
Craft compelling, personalized outreach sequences (email, LinkedIn, phone) that generate real conversations.
Book discovery calls and qualify meetings for the CEO with prospects who are a strong fit for our Nearshore Staff Augmentation service.
Track outreach activity, pipeline, and conversion metrics in CRM with discipline and consistency.
Continuously test and iterate on messaging, targeting, and sequencing to improve meeting booked rates.
What You Need to Succeed
1-3 years of experience in a sales, BDR, SDR, or account management role...
