As a Business Office Coordinator (BOC), you support payroll, human resources, and financial business processes to ensure operational accuracy, compliance, and a positive team member experience.
What You’ll Do:
• Process bi-weekly payroll and manage timekeeping compliance
• Maintain HRIS, ATS, personnel files, and onboarding documentation
• Support recruitment, background checks, and license verifications
• Administer benefits and manage unemployment and workers’ compensation claims
• Complete payroll reconciliations and key business controls
• Assist with billing systems, financial reporting, and monthly close tasks
• Maintain audit documentation and ensure compliance with SOPs
