This role offers unique exposure to all aspects of our retail energy business, from regulatory reporting to data analysis, and provides a foundation for understanding how energy retail businesses operate and grow.

Areas of Responsibility

Business Reporting & Data Management (35%)

• Support the analysis of key performance metrics by cohorts, including sales growth, customer acquisition costs, churn rates, and profitability.
• Maintain and update key business data in Tableau and other reporting systems.
• Prepare recurring reports for internal stakeholders.
• Participate in preparation of materials for monthly and quarterly business reviews.
• Collaborate with the BI team on report maintenance and improvements.
