About the Role

At Medtronic, you will lead process improvement initiatives—such as Lean or Six Sigma—by analyzing and redesigning workflows, measuring performance, and identifying opportunities for operational efficiency and quality enhancement. The role involves managing cross‑functional teams, developing metrics, conducting root cause analyses, and aligning improvements with organizational goals. As a program manager, you oversee tactical execution of mature programs, ensuring stakeholder alignment and driving results through influence rather than direct authority.
