Business Quality Review Coordinator

Reporting to the Manager of Business Quality Review, the Business Quality Review Coordinator will provide administrative support on a highly confidential basis, ranging from routine to complex tasks. Responsibilities include responding to customer and distribution partner inquiries, file management, planning and coordinating department projects, reporting and metrics communications, and other special assignments to enable the department to achieve its objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer emails, calls, and inquiries in a timely, professional, and accurate manner.
• Review monitoring and red‑flag reports that identify potentially problematic agents and/or applications.
• Demonstrate comfort working with numbers and data, including reviewing reports, identifying patterns, and providing basic analysis and insights related to agent activity and behavior.
