Work Mode: Hybrid, 2 days onsite (9 AM – 5 PM)

Role Description

• Senior BSA
• Leads cross-LOB initiatives, drives data standardization and stakeholder alignment and having experience with Azure Data Engineering
• Owns complex integrations and enterprise Ref data onboarding and adoption
• Excellent Communication skills
• Act as liaison between business, EDMO, product teams, and technology teams
• Gather, analyze, and document business, data, and system requirements for reference data domains
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, data mappings, and user stories
• Support reference data onboarding lifecycle including identification, classification, and registration
• Validate whether data qualifies as Enterprise Reference Data (shared, impactful, cross-LOB)
