To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Business System Analyst (L1 support) located in Guadalajara, North Campus .

Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, the Business System Analyst (L1 support) role involves providing technical assistance (Manufacturing system, Hardware, Software), identifying, evaluating, and developing procedures which are cost effective and meet business requirements; to create specifications and direct translations of functions to be automated including complete systems design in detail.
