GENERAL FUNCTION

The Business Systems Analyst supports the Tijuana Distribution Center Operations by resolving issues, improving processes, and maintaining systems with the vision of providing uninterrupted support to operations. The BSA is responsible for all SAP WM systemm support activities and allocation. He / She will be responsible for monitoring and resolving tickets created on the SharePoint within the set timeline. The BSA coordinates with end users to identify the issue and solve it in a timely manner without causing any delay for operations. The BSA also willserve as local reference point to fulfil portfolio management requests received from commercial teams.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Builds superb understanding of the SAP WM system in efforts to:
• Identify and develop solutions within SAP WM toolset to address business requirements.
• Provide functional specification documents where enhancements are needed.
