About the Role

Manage the administrative activities of the Buyer Department, such as product article data, stock data, correspondence, buyer team business trips and other documents, to ensure that merchandising activities can run smoothly.

What will you be doing?

• Update product data (prices, promotions, etc.) as directed by superiors to ensure accurate information is available.
• Provide product stock status data to inform promotional and procurement activities.
• Prepare documents, correspondence, and other administrative matters related to merchandising activities in the department under their responsibility to ensure the smooth running of the company's procurement process.
• Manage documents related to merchandising activities in the department under their responsibility so that they can be reused when needed.
